Who can enter?
Any hotel or destination spa in the UK and Ireland that offers accommodation where spa guests can stay. Spas must offer water and/or heat treatments

- A fabulously designed spa that makes customers and staff feel welcome and special
- Inviting treatment menu that is tailored to meet the needs of visitors staying for longer periods of time, with packages built to reflect the locale and the needs of guests
- Brilliant standards of customer service throughout the business
- Knowledgeable, well-trained and professional staff with training that is second to none
- A point of difference from the opposition
- Evidence that the business is leading the spa industry forward with innovative ideas
- Pro-active marketing, using the hotel/restaurant or other areas of the business to cross-promote
- Superb window displays and/or internal displays of homecare retail products
- Flexible, innovative and forward-looking buying of brands
- Strong commercial use of chosen brands
- A clear vision of where the business is headed
What to include
- Fill out the downloadable entry form
- A typed executive summary of no more than 500 words on why you should win, detailing your approach and your achievements from December 2007 to October 2008, when your business was established, what sets you apart from your competitors, your customer profile and number of staff.
- Professional photographs of the interior and exterior of your spa, along with any relevant marketing material, such as advertisements and promotions
- Testimonials from three clients
